JResident: Terms of Service

Welcome to JResident! By accessing or using our game, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefull.

1. Account Creation and Privacy

1.1. Discretion and Confidentiality: You are required to maintain the utmost discretion while playing JResident. Your in-game actions and communications should be handled with respect for other players' privacy. We do not tolerate any form of doxing or sharing of personal information.

1.2. Avatar Selection: When creating your account, you must select an avatar that accurately represents your identity within the game. You are required to choose your avatar based on gender and status:

Male or Female
Jewish Resident
Tourist
Rabbi
Kohen
Levi

Your avatar choice is permanent and cannot be changed.

2. User Conduct and Communication

2.1. Respectful Communication: All playity, racial slurs, or harassment, is strictly prohibited. ers are required to maintain a respectful and civil demeanor. The use of any inappropriate, hateful, threatening, or offensive language, including but not limited to profannity, racial slurs, or harassment, is strictly prohibited.

2.2. Zero Tolerance for Misconduct: Any violation of our communication policy will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the game, with no possibility of an appeal or return. This is a zero-tolerance policy

2.3. Avatar Spacing: To maintain a respectful and orderly environment, all players are required to maintain a reasonable distance from other avatars at all times. Physical proximity to other players' avatars beyond what is necessary for in-game activities is not permitted.

2.4. Gender Segregation: You must respect the predefined areas and spaces within the game designated for male and female avatars. Failure to adhere to these boundaries will result in disciplinary action.

3. User-Generated Content

3.1. Content Ownership: By creating or sharing any content within JResident (including chat messages, group descriptions, or any other user-generated content), you grant JResident a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the game.

3.2. Prohibited Content: You may not upload, transmit, or share any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

4. General Provisions

4.1. License to Play: JResident grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the game for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms of Service.

4.2. Age Requirement: JResident is intended for players aged 13 and above. If you are under 13, you may not use this game.

4.3. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the game after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

4.4. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, for any reason, without notice.

4.5. Disclaimer of Warranties: The game is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
